Bonnie:
Please feel free to speak to
law enforcement; they are well aware
of your dealings, as is the court
system.
In the last year or so, at least
twenty different parties have been
in contact with Beware Bonnie about
contentious dealings with you. Also
in the last year or so, you and Neil
have been taken to court at least
four times. Neil has been arrested
at least twice for writing bad
checks, and you have been arrested
for forgery.
We wish you luck with your
litigation, considering your
reputation and complete lack of
credibility with both the courts and
law enforcement. Perhaps you should
consider reimbursement to the
parties you have wronged rather than
spending your money on a lengthy
(and, we are assured by counsel,
unsuccessful) legal battle.

another, new, unhappy Bonnie customer this
morning who pointed me towards new ads Bonnie
has on DreamHorse.

Hello,
I've visited your website before and
thought I should report that it
appears bonnie may be moving again.
She has several new ads today on
dreamhorse.com stating they are
moving TODAY!
I never reported my dealings with
her to your site, but you can ad me
to your count of people scammed.
Two years ago she had a wonderful
sounding pony on dreamhorse. She
lived ### hours away from me at the
time and the pony sounded absolutely
PERFECT so I sent a $### deposit to
her to hold him until I could get
there the following weekend. The
weekend came and I tried repeatedly
to contact her to set up a definite
time. Finally, one of her kids took
the phone to her and she told me how
he had been seriously injured and
was never going to be sound again;
she would return my deposit
immediately. I contacted her
repeatedly to no avail. I still
have my e-mail documentation of her
promising to pay but haven't had the
time to do anything about it. She
lived in the ithaca area at the
time.

Small
Claims Court Aug & Sept
Bonnie
and Neil did not show up to defend themselves in small
claims court in the Town of Java on Wednesday, Sept 2nd,
2009.
The
owner of Coach Stop Farms presented his case with photos
of the damage done, receipts for repairs and clean up
required and the court ruled in his favor.
Two
weeks before that court date (08/19/09) Bonnie
and Neil were in the same small claims court to answer
to 2 suits
for money owed.
Bonnie
and Neil lost both of those suits.

Hey Everyone:
Recap time.
So far I've heard "Bonnie Stories" from over a dozen
people. Some have outstanding court cases with the Ericksons; I agree with them that they should probably
let their cases play out in court before publishing
details here. But what's bothersome to me is that most
people that have contacted me are afraid to put their
story on this website, or just afraid to get involved.
This lady is a liar, a crook, a swindler, and a cheat.
There are criminal charges pending. And frankly, I look
forward to her taking me to court and trying to disprove
anything on this website. She simply cannot win
because IT'S ALL TRUE.
If everyone that this woman has screwed over....or tried
to...would stop putting their fingers in their ears and
going FA LA LA LA LA LA, she wouldn't stand a chance.
FYI, she's currently scamming out of western New York,
reeling in some more unsuspecting victims. Let's not let
that continue!
I would love to add more stories to this website to
further spread the word, so that people don't go down
the same path. I can keep victims' names out of it, and
submissions can be seen, edited, approved before posting
to the site. Submitters can also ask it to be removed at
any time and I will do so without question. (I won't
treat you like Bonnie did.)
I look at this as a public service. I have nothing to
gain from this effort other than spreading the word
about a bad business and a potential disaster for
another horse lover. Please help me to help others avoid
being victimized!
